What's MEMCuts cancellation policy?

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your remaining total; along with a $5 processing fee. No Calls/No Shows will be charged 100% of booking service and prevented from making future appointments. 

Are children allowed?

Children must be at least 1 year old to receive a service. If a minor is being serviced, an adult must accompany them for the entire duration of the service, no exceptions. In addition, no children or extra guests are allowed in the shop unless receiving services. 

How do you book an appointment?

Click here. All deposits and bookings are processed through StyleSeat.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

Deposits are deducted from your service total. Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, the deposit will be voided. Your remaining balance must be paid in cash. MemCuts also accepts credit or debit cards, Cash App, or Paypal as final payments. Checks are not accepted as final payment. Failure to provide one of the acceptable forms of payments will prevent you from being able to book future appointments. 

Is there a late fee?

There is a 5 minute grace period allowed after your scheduled time. After 5 minutes, there will be a $5 fee added to your total. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be voided. 

How do you reschedule an appointment?

If you have to reschedule your appointment, please go back to your confirmation email, select cancel, and book a new appointment. Your previous deposit will be voided. Please be sure to select the best date and time before you submit your rescheduled appointment. 

What happens if MemCuts needs to cancel?

In the rare event that MemCuts has to cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be refunded immediately.

 

How do I avoid additional fees?

Please arrive with your natural hair clean and ready to be serviced. 

 

What are VIP appointments?

If you don't see any desired availablity, VIP appointmensts are available for an additional fee of $50. Please call or text 901.281.4721 to schedule a VIP appointments. When requesting a VIP appointment, please include your first and last name, desired service, desired date, desired time, and email address.

Wednesdays and Sundays are unavailable for VIP appointments.
